Job summary

David Clulow Opticians in the United Kingdom invites enthusiastic Optical Assistants to join our premium eyewear team. You’ll deliver exceptional service, guide customers through designer frames, assist with fittings and eye-care pre-screening, and help maintain a refined store environment.

No optical experience is required—we look for warm communicators with attention to detail and a passion for fashion and luxury eyewear. Training is provided to grow your expertise.

What you’ll do

This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role where premium service really matters:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience – welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them through our carefully curated selection of designer frames and lenses.
• Support fittings and adjustments – learn how to fit, adjust and care for luxury eyewear, ensuring every customer leaves perfectly satisfied.
• Assist in high‑quality eye care – support pre‑screening and optical processes using advanced testing technologies.
• Maintain impeccable standards – support daily store operations, visual standards and administration in a refined retail environment.
