As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you’ll assist customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs. Your responsibilities include frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and possibly conducting pre-screening eye examinations. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing customer queries via phone, and processing payments.
Your main goal is to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits well and meets their vision requirements.
