Job summary

Marks & Spencer is looking for a Customer Assistant in Operations to support store efficiency. You will handle stock, coordinate deliveries, and keep the shop floor full, clean and ready for customers. You’ll work across the store as needed, using digital tools to track deliveries and stock with urgency and accuracy.

The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, with shift patterns including afternoons across several days. An unsocial premium applies for hours between 22:00 and 06:00.
