Job summary

Reformation is hiring a Temporary Operations Associate in Chelsea, London. This part-time role requires at least 20 hours per week and at least 3 days, including weekends.

You will support daily store operations, inventory processing, and merchandising to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include inventory tracking, shipment processing, markdowns when applicable, and maintaining brand standards across back-of-house and sales floors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience in a fast-paced, creative service environment.
• Familiarity with the user functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Driven approach to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for your work and career.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational efforts required to achieve store goals.
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures.
• Track, receive and process all inbound inventory shipments.
• Complete inventory related tasks with attention to detail, including transfers and omni channel orders.
• Prepare and deliver customer fitting rooms quickly and accurately.
• Replenish the sales floor to meet brand standards.
• Support visual merchandising when new products arrive.
