Reformation is seeking an Operations Associate (Temporary Part Time) at Battersea Power Station to support daily operations, inventory control, and merchandising while upholding brand standards. You’ll help deliver a positive shopping experience and adapt to a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll work at least 20 hours per week across 3 days, including weekends, with flexibility for days, nights, and holidays as needed. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Past experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment.
• Ability to manage inventory and merchandising processes.
• Comfort using desktop, mobile and tablet devices for store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations to meet goals.
• Maintain store procedures and inventory accuracy.
• Process inbound shipments and transfers with attention to detail.
• Support markdowns and back-of-house organization as needed.
• Prepare and deliver customer fittings and purchases per brand standards.
• Support visual merchandising and product displays as new stock arrives.
