Job summary

Retail & Asset Solutions is seeking a Retail Minibus Driver in Hastings to transport a small team of stock counters between shifts and sites. You will ensure timely pick-ups, manage handovers, and support on-site stock counts with a handheld scanner.

You will work long shifts, often early or late, and must be 25+ with a valid driving licence. The role includes paid driving time, and a company minibus is provided.

Qualifications

• This role requires working unsociable hours, including early mornings or night shifts.
• Must be aged 25 or over and hold a valid driving licence.
• Ability to work long shifts and manage stock efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Transport a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within the region.
• Oversee stock counting on site using a handheld scanner.
• Notify pick-up points and timings for each shift.
• Escalate vehicle issues promptly and maintain attendance sheets.
• Stand for extended periods and assist with counting on busy counts.
