Job summary

Retail & Asset Solutions (RAS) is hiring a Retail Minibus Driver for Hastings. You will transport a small team of stock counters to shifts across retail sites, with a provided 8-seater minibus and paid driving time.

The role requires long shifts, standing, and on-site stock counting with handheld scanners. Immediate start, wage access after shift completion, and holiday pay are offered, along with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years or older.
• Full driving license required.
• Ability to work long shifts and stay on feet.
• Quick learner with adaptability to changing tech.
• Experience with stock handling is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transport of stock counters to and from shifts within your region.
• Notify pick-up points and timings for each shift.
• Escalate vehicle issues promptly and efficiently.
• Complete a team attendance sheet with on-site arrival times.
• Count stock quickly and accurately on-site using a handheld scanner.
• Stand for extended periods and use equipment to reach high stock.
