Job summary

Retail & Asset Solutions is hiring a Retail Minibus Driver to transport a small team of stock counters to and from shifts across multiple retail sites. You will follow pickup points, timings, and ensure accurate counts using a handheld scanner.

The role requires a full driving licence, readiness for long shifts, and a quick learning ability for evolving processes. Company minibus provided, driving time paid, and holiday pay are included.

Qualifications

• Full Driving Licence is required.
• Must be comfortable working unsociable hours and long shifts.
• Experience with stock handling is advantageous but not required.
• Quick learner with adaptability to changing tech and processes.

Responsibilities

• Transport a small team of stock counters to shifts at various retail sites.
• Coordinate pickup points and timings for each shift.
• Ensure accurate stock counting on site using a handheld scanner.
• Stand for long periods and use equipment to access high stock when needed.
• Drive a minibus provided by the company and be paid driving time.
