Job Description:

Flexible retail merchandising work in prominent retailers with a leading merchandising team.

• Supporting team members, resolving issues, and liaising with store and project managers.

Work specifics:

Hours and days vary based on project needs. Typically, shifts are around 11 hours, with potential travel and overnight stays.

On-site project management includes:

• Understanding project scope and objectives.
• Coordinating with the store to ensure smooth operations.
• Assigning daily tasks and monitoring progress.
• Completing administrative tasks like timesheets and reports.

Team leadership duties:

• Managing team appearance, punctuality, and breaks.
• Motivating and developing team morale.
• Handling company property responsibly.
• Maintaining health and safety standards.
