Job Description:

Flexible retail merchandising work in prominent retailers with a top merchandising team.

Lead a team of retail merchandisers in major British retail stores.

The day-to-day

You will lead a team delivering projects on time and to high standards across large grocery clients. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, managing team performance, and liaising with store and project managers to resolve issues. Flexibility is essential, with work hours varying based on project needs, often involving 11-hour shifts and potential travel.

The responsibilities include:

• Understanding project scope and objectives
• Coordinating with the Store Manager for smooth operations
• Setting daily work scopes and ensuring clarity
• Monitoring and reporting progress
• Ensuring timely and accurate work completion
• Managing project administration like timesheets and reports

Team leadership duties:

• Managing onsite team members' punctuality, appearance, and breaks
• Motivating and inspiring team morale
• Respecting company property
• Maintaining health and safety standards

What we offer:

• Hourly rate up to £13.05 on days and £13.22 on nights, depending on experience
• Uniform, weekly pay, shared accommodation, and hire car if you are a driver

Candidate requirements:
