Job Description:

Flexible retail merchandising work in prominent retailers with a top merchandising team.

Lead a team of retail merchandisers in major British retail stores.

The day-to-day:

Lead a team delivering projects on time and to high standards across large grocery clients. Ensure health and safety, support and manage team members, and liaise with Store and Project Managers to resolve issues.

Flexibility is essential. Work hours and days are project-dependent, typically involving 11-hour shifts. Some travel and overnight stays may be required.

The responsibilities include:

• Understanding project scope and objectives
• Coordinating with Store Managers to ensure smooth operations
• Setting daily work scopes and clarifying tasks
• Monitoring and communicating project progress
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of work
• Managing administrative tasks like timesheets and reports

As a team leader, you will need to:

• Manage onsite team, ensuring professionalism and punctuality
• Motivate, develop, and inspire your team
• Care for company property and uphold health and safety standards

• Hourly rate: Up to £13.05 on days and £13.22 on nights, depending on experience

Candidate requirements:
