Job summary

Momentum Instore is recruiting a Retail Merchandiser (Driver) to work across major retailers. You will drive a hired car, travel between stores, and replenish shelves while maintaining displays to a high standard.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, age 21+, and at least two years of driving experience. Training is provided, with accommodation and transport arranged for projects.

• Experience with planograms and retail merchandising is beneficial.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and be over 21 with at least 2 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and replenish shelves using planograms to meet timelines.
• Profile shelving, install equipment and maintain displays to a high standard.
• Clean and maintain equipment and perform general housekeeping.
• Assist with lifting up to 25 kg (male) / 16 kg (female) and handle products including tobacco, alcohol and meat.
• Travel to stores as required and work on a field-based role.

Retail Merchandiser - DRIVER

Do you want to work in a retail environment as part of a team?

Are you looking for a role that is varied and flexible?

Working in major retailers around the county, transport and accommodation provided, with a team of merchandisers to replenish shelves.

No guaranteed hours each week. Work is project based and potentially could be over the weekends. We have projects available all year round.

A full UK driving licence is essential as you need to drive yourself and your team colleagues to store. We will provide you with a hire car. You will need to be over 21 years old and been driving for at least two years. This is for insurance purposes.

Knowledge of retailing and experience of planograms and merchandising is useful, but we offer a 13-week training plan to applicants with a great work attitude.

Roles and responsibilities of a Retail Merchandiser:

• Merchandise & replenish shelves using planograms to set timescales.
• Profile shelving, install equipment and implement display to a high standard.
• Clean and maintain equipment and general housekeeping.
• Lifting and manual handling up to 25kg (male) 16kg (female) may be involved.
• Moving and handling all products including tobacco, alcohol and meat products, is a core, operation requirement for this role. You may be working anywhere instore.

Location:

Field Based, travelling and staying away from home

Working Hours:

Shifts 11 hours onsite which includes 60-minute unpaid break plus 30-minute paid break.

Work pattern:

Nights 8pm - 7am

Pay:

£12.71 per hour - Weekly pay.

Driving to Success:

Enhanced pay rate of £13.21 per hour for drivers who take two or more passengers in their car

Retail Merchandiser Drivers are provided with:
