Job summary

Momentum Instore is hiring Retail Merchandiser Drivers for field-based assignments across the UK. You will travel to stores, replenish shelves, profile displays, and maintain equipment to a high standard. A full UK driving licence is essential and a hire car is provided.

Shifts are 11 hours on site with a 60-minute unpaid break and 30-minute paid break, nights 8pm–7am. Pay is £12.71 per hour with weekly pay and a Driver’s scheme offering extra per shift when carrying passengers.

• Experience with planograms and merchandising is useful.

Retail Merchandiser - DRIVER

Do you want to work in a retail environment as part of a team?

Are you looking for a role that is varied and flexible?

Working in major retailers around the county, transport and accommodation provided, with a team of merchandisers to replenish shelves.

• No guaranteed hours each week. Work is project based and potentially could be over the weekends. We have projects available through 2026!

A full UK driving licence is essentialas you need to drive yourself and your team colleagues to store. We will provide you with a hire car. You will need to be over 21years old and been driving for at least two years. This is for insurance purposes.

Knowledge of retailing and experience of planograms and merchandising is useful, but we offer a 13 week training plan to applicants with a great work attitude.

Location: Field Based, travelling and staying away from home

Working Hours: Shifts 11 hours onsite which includes 60-minute unpaid break plus 30-minute paidbreak.

Work pattern: Nights 8pm – 7am

Pay: £12.71 per hour – Weekly pay. Driving to Success Scheme: Drivers who take two, or more passengers in their car can earn an extra 50p an hour per shift
