Job summary

Momentum Instore is seeking a Retail Merchandiser – DRIVER to work across major retailers in the country. You will travel with a team, using a hired car provided, and stay in accommodations where needed. The role offers flexible, project-based hours with night shifts and weekly pay.

A 13-week training plan is provided for applicants with a positive attitude. A full UK driving licence is essential, and you must be over 21 with at least two years of driving experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retailing and experience of planograms and merchandising is useful, but we offer a 13 week training plan to applicants with a great work attitude.
• A full UK driving licence is essential as you need to drive yourself and your team colleagues to store.
• You will need to be over 21 years old and been driving for at least two years. This is for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise & replenish shelves using planograms to set timescales.
• Profile shelving, install equipment and implement display to a high standard.
• Clean and maintain equipment and general housekeeping.
• Lifting and manual handling up to 25kg (male) 16kg (female) may be involved.

Retail Merchandiser - DRIVER

Do you want to work in a retail environment as part of a team?

Are you looking for a role that is varied and flexible?

Working in major retailers around the county, transport and accommodation provided, with a team of merchandisers to replenish shelves.

• No guaranteed hours each week. Work is project based and potentially could be over the weekends. We have projects available throughout 2026!

A full UK driving licence is essential as you need to drive yourself and your team colleagues to store. We will provide you with a hire car. You will need to be over 21 years old and been driving for at least two years. This is for insurance purposes.

Roles and responsibilities of a Retail Merchandiser:

• Merchandise & replenish shelves using planograms to set timescales.
• Profile shelving, install equipment and implement display to a high standard.
• Clean and maintain equipment and general housekeeping.
• Lifting and manual handling up to 25kg (male) 16kg (female) may be involved.

Location:

Field Based, travelling and staying away from home

Working Hours:

Shifts 11 hours onsite which includes 60-minute unpaid break plus 30-minute paid break.

Work pattern:

Nights 8pm - 7am

Pay:

£12.71 per hour - Weekly pay.

Driving to Success Scheme: Drivers who take two, or more passengers in their car can earn an extra 50p an hour per shift

Retail Merchandiser Driver’s are provided with:
