Dee Set Ltd seeks a part-time Retail Merchandiser to cover stores across WS10, WS12, WS13 and a new Darlaston store this Autumn. Role involves POS delivery, product displays and promotional activity, with base 5 hours/week on Wednesday and Friday, potentially up to 15 hours in peak periods.

You will drive to retailers like Asda, Boots and Sainsbury's, ensuring shelves are stocked and visually appealing. Training is provided, with opportunities for extra hours during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving licence and access to own vehicle for store visits.
• Ability to accept home deliveries for POS materials as needed.
• Capable of using a smart mobile device and basic IT skills.
• Proactive, reliable and detail-focused with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with store teams.
• Flexible approach to changing priorities and schedules.
• No prior merchandising experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and replenish products, ensuring availability and presentation.
• Build displays, install POS materials and support promotions.
• Conduct store audits and photo-based reporting via mobile device.
• Develop positive relationships with store colleagues to ensure delivery of activity.
• Complete tasks accurately, compliantly and within deadlines.
