Job summary

Dee Set, part of Acosta Europe, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support Boots Lichfield and other retailers across WS postcodes. The role requires a driving licence and access to own vehicle, with home-delivery responsibilities for POS materials.

You will merchandise, build displays, manage stock, and run audits, working independently with a flexible schedule (minimum 5 hours per week, up to 15 with busy periods). Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Able to accept home deliveries for POS materials.
• Smart mobile device and basic IT skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and replenish products, ensuring excellent availability and presentation.
• Build displays, install POS materials and support promotional and seasonal campaigns.
• Conduct store audits and complete photo-based reporting using a mobile device.
• Build positive relationships with store colleagues to support successful delivery of activity.
• Deliver all tasks accurately, compliantly and within agreed deadlines.
