CPM is seeking Merchandisers in the Kirkwall area for part-time work, typically 2–4 hours per week, with potential growth during busy periods. The role pays £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay.

Start within two weeks after onboarding and training, with long-term, ongoing work possible. You will cover Kirkwall and stores within about 10 miles, visiting various retailers to implement planograms and promotions.

Competenze

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.
• Ability to talk confidently with store staff and build in-store relationships.
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to use a phone/tablet to complete reporting on the app and share photos.

Mansioni

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up POS materials.
• Navigate fixtures (gondolas, bays, shelving) confidently.
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Ensure stock is on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Top up products and arrange displays so they are eye-catching and easy to find.
• Negotiate extra display space where possible to boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved.
