CPM UNITED KINGDOM LIMITED is seeking Merchandisers in the Yardley area. The role offers about 4–6 hours per week with potential increase during busy periods. Start within two weeks after onboarding with flexible hours Mon–Sun and fixed days Tue, Thu and Sat.

Pay is £15.07 per hour PAYE, including holiday pay. You will visit stores to perform merchandising tasks, audits and POS setup, using a reporting app on a phone or tablet.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail or merchandising is beneficial.
• Health & beauty retail experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Visit high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks and audits.
• Set up point-of-sale materials and ensure displays are eye-catching.
• Navigate fixtures and stock shelves according to planograms.
• Top up stock and arrange displays to maximise sales.
• Build relationships with store staff and report via the app.

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Yardley area. Approx 4 - 6 hours per week

• (However likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising - health & beauty would be beneficial -
• supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity.
• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.
  Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app - this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.
