Job summary

CPM UNITED KINGDOM LIMITED is seeking a part-time merchandiser to place POS and in-store media in stores, with weekly Thursday visits in Lancaster, UK. You will report visits via a smartphone app, using a stepladder to position media at height and ensuring displays are set correctly.

Experience in POS placement and strong communication skills are essential. The role involves moving stock and working in-store for several hours each visit, with hours varying by week.

Job description

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the store colleagues to locate the POS previously delivered to the store
• Place bollard covers and promotional barkers, large gondola end cardboard display units, and other POS (as required) in pre-arranged sections of the store. We will require you to use a stepladder in store, to place media at height.

Key requirements for this role are:

• You can get to the agreed store/s every Thursday to complete your visit
• Calls to be completed between 6am and 4pm on a Thursday (hours will vary week on week but you will know in advance what hours are needed each week)
• You own a smartphone (Android or Apple) to report your visits in store
• Are you looking for a part-time role to boost your income? CPM is looking for team members who can join us to place POS (point of sale) and in-store media in Asda. If you can work every Thursday (average 5.5 Hours per week) and have experience merchandising/placing POS, we want to hear from you. £14.70 per hour (including holiday pay). Happy to place POS at height using a stepladder
• You are competent/confident using and navigating an app-based system
• You are happy to work in-store, spending several hours navigating around the store and potentially moving heavier boxes of POS or stock as required.
• You have great communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with POS essential
