Job summary

eXPD8 Ltd. is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to work across Tesco stores in the BN3 area, delivering high-quality in-store displays and stock checks. The role covers various categories and involves flexible hours roughly 6 hours per week, with occasional travel to nearby stores.

A driving licence and access to a car are required. You'll operate independently on schedules, capture photos and brief reports, and maintain client guidelines and safety standards.

Job description

Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good and creating eye-catching displays? Do you have an eye for detail?

If so at eXPD8, we're looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in Tesco Romford 2 in the BN3 2DL area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working on behalf of exciting household name brands. You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:

This role will be work across a variety of categories including: General merchandising which could include books, gift cards and cosmetics.

Confirmed working days/hours: 6 hours a week.

Variable working days:

• Monday
• Thursday
• Friday
• Saturday

A driver will be required.

This is a fixed term contract that ends 9th November 2026, however there would be opportunity for the right candidate to move to permanent work.

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field activity across assigned retail stores. You will set up, maintain, and check product displays to make sure each visit is completed accurately, safely, and on time, in line with client briefs, service level agreements, and quality standards.

Working in the store, the Retail Merchandiser will follow daily schedules and client instructions, using your judgement and attention to detail to deliver consistent in-store execution. You will work independently while keeping in regular contact with your District Team Leader to flag any risks, resolve issues, and keep activity on track.

As the Retail Merchandiser you will also act as the eyes and ears in store, providing clear written updates and photographs that support client reporting, insight, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:
