Job summary

eXPD8 Ltd. is seeking a field-based retail merchandiser to work in Tesco Boston and other high street retailers. You will restock shelves, set up displays, and ensure promotions are visible while adhering to standards and safety guidelines.

Weekly hours total 7 with shifts across Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. You will communicate with client teams via our survey app, capture photos, and help keep stock and layouts looking appealing, supporting household brands and delivering great store

• Able to commit to the hours listed above
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
• Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions

Job description

Are you looking to make some extra cash this autumn/winter? Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good?

You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands. You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:

This role will be based in Tesco Boston.

Weekly hours: 7

Shift pattern:

• Monday: 1 hour
• Thursday: 4 hours
• Friday: 1 hour
• Saturday: 1 hour

End date: 4th January 2027

How you'll deliver excellence:

• You'll restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• You'll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
• You'll provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores!
