Job summary

CPM UK is seeking Merchandisers to cover Oxford and surrounding stores. The role involves visiting high street, grocery and convenience outlets, setting up POS materials, and refreshing stock across 4–6 hours per week with potential to increase.

You’ll travel with your own car, report via our app, and build good in-store relationships. Pay is £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay, with flexible days Monday to Sunday (fixed visits Tue, Thu, Sat) and training provided.

Qualifications

• Ideal experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience with retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Available Monday to Sunday with fixed visits on Tue/Thu/Sat.
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Confident with store staff and in-store relations.
• Use own car to carry promotional materials or displays.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and POS setup.
• Navigate fixtures and merchandise in line with planograms.
• Top up products on shelves and displays so they are eye-catching.
• Negotiate extra display space when possible to boost sales.
• Some stock movement and lifting may be involved.

Job Description We are looking for Merchandisers in the Oxford area. Approx 4 - 6 hours per week* (However likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising - health & beauty would be beneficial - supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity. Use of a car is essential. Ideal location: Oxford, United Kingdom, OX1 Territory covering: Oxford (you will be required to cover stores within 10 miles of here) and surrounding

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they’re eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app - this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.
