Dentsu International is seeking a Manager, Retail Media in Manchester. You will lead a team of RM professionals focused on delivering high-quality on-site campaigns across major retailers and marketplaces. Your role includes ensuring timely delivery, optimizing performance, and driving client satisfaction.

You will oversee process implementation, tool usage, and training for new starters, while contributing to the growth of the Retail Media practice within the agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Media or Commerce Media environments.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop RM team to industry-leading standards.
• Ensure deadlines are met and manage key client accounts.
• Ensure quality output aligns with agency best practices and client strategy.
• Forecast delivery against KPIs and provide strategic direction to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain client processes including reporting and finance.
• Train and mentor junior staff and new joiners.
• Contribute to growth of the Retail Media product within the agency.
