Job summary

Oura is seeking a seasoned retail marketing professional to plan, coordinate, and optimize campaigns across global retail channels. You will work with external vendors on POS displays, manage marketing assets, and support events and activations to drive brand presence.

The role requires 5 years in retail marketing or related fields, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of retail marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

• Assist with planning and executing retail marketing events and activations, coordinating logistics and materials as needed.
• Track and compile campaign data, assisting in the preparation of performance reports for key stakeholders.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to adapt marketing materials for international markets, ensuring cultural and language appropriateness.
• Support budget tracking and invoice processing to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, paid media, lifecycle, and product marketing) to align on objectives and project timelines.
• 5 years of experience in retail marketing, project coordination, or a related field, preferably in consumer technology or lifestyle products.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Basic understanding of design principles and experience working with creative teams to develop marketing materials.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting to evaluate campaign performance.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Willingness to occasionally travel internationally and accommodate different time zones for global collaboration
