Ōura is seeking a highly organized Retail Marketing Manager based in London to drive global retail marketing initiatives. You will coordinate campaigns, manage vendors, and support retailers with merchandising and promotional needs across channels.

You will collaborate with sales, creative, paid media, lifecycle, and product marketing teams, track performance, and adapt materials for diverse markets while managing budgets and deadlines.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in retail marketing or related field.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Creative eye for marketing materials and campaigns.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet changing priorities.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in data reporting.
• English fluency; additional languages a plus.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Marketing Manager to drive and execute global retail marketing initiatives. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the success of Oura's retail marketing programs by coordinating efforts across teams, managing key deliverables and channel campaigns, and maintaining seamless communication with partners.

This role is based in our office in London.

What You Will Do

• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of retail marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for the production, installation, and maintenance of POS displays and other retail marketing materials.
• Asset Management: Manage the creation, distribution, and updating of marketing assets, ensuring consistency across physical and digital platforms.
• Retailer Support: Serve as a point of contact for retail partners, planning campaigns, addressing inquiries and supporting their merchandising and promotional needs.
• Event Support: Assist with planning and executing retail marketing events and activations, coordinating logistics and materials as needed.
• Performance Reporting: Track and compile campaign data, assisting in the preparation of performance reports for key stakeholders.
• Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to support strategic decision-making.
• Localization Assistance: Collaborate with internal teams to adapt marketing materials for international markets, ensuring cultural and language appropriateness.
• Budget Assistance: Support budget tracking and invoice processing to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, paid media, lifecycle, and product marketing) to align on objectives and project timelines.

We Would Love to Consider You for this Role if You Have

• Experience: 5 years of experience in retail marketing, project coordination, or a related field, preferably in consumer technology or lifestyle products.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Creative Eye: Basic understanding of design principles and experience working with creative teams to develop marketing materials.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfort with data analysis and reporting to evaluate campaign performance.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (French, German, or Spanish) are a plus.
• Flexibility: Willingness to occasionally travel internationally and accommodate different time zones for global collaboration
