Superstore Manager

  • Salary: £29,619 - £34,734 plus benefits
  • Reports to: Area Manager
  • Department: Trading
  • Contract: FTC 12 Months
  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and develop a diverse team of paid staff and volunteers.
  2. Manage the commercial operations of the store, including merchandising, stock, and standards.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and supporter engagement.
  4. Maximize profit through sales and cost control.
  5. Achieve targets related to donated stock, cash, gift aid, and sales.
  6. Build relationships with the local community and colleagues.
  7. Oversee donation logistics across various locations.
  8. Organize fundraising events to meet income goals.
  9. Ensure compliance with health, safety, safeguarding, and HR policies.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in sales and profit management.
