Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) is seeking a talented, passionate manager to oversee our latest Donation Centre. This role involves the day-to-day operation of the business, recruiting and managing staff and volunteers, and establishing community links with local businesses and organizations.

Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining standards, and developing partnerships for reuse and repair initiatives. Ideal candidates are resilient, supportive, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude, leadership skills, and a passion for development and sustainability.
