Job summary

Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) in Ipswich is seeking an enthusiastic Shop Manager to lead a busy SATCoL charity shop, delivering exceptional customer service and hands-on leadership. You will manage volunteers and colleagues, drive daily operations, and promote reuse and repair initiatives in the local community.
