Are you a passionate runner and fitness enthusiast with excellent customer service skills?

Our client, Up and Running, is seeking a highly motivated Retail Manager to lead their team and promote the highest standards of customer service and product knowledge in their local running and fitness community.

As Retail Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily operations of our store, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers, visitors, and team members. You'll advise and recommend footwear to customers, train team members in gait analysis, and oversee stock, staffing, and promotions, reporting on finance and stock levels.

You'll also work towards the long-term success of the store, liaising with Head Office on stock matters, promoting the store through in-store and outreach promotions, and identifying new opportunities. As a leader, you'll recruit and train team members, ensure health and safety policies are followed, and conduct performance reviews.
