Retail Manager - City of London

Our client is seeking a Retail Manager for their new outlet in the City of London.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the store, utilizing your retail management experience.
2. Manage a team of approximately 7 staff members and 2 assistant managers.
3. Monitor hygiene and food safety standards to achieve an EHO rating of 5, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
4. Conduct risk assessments and internal audits related to health, safety, fire safety, and brand standards.
5. Drive store performance by meeting or exceeding targets for sales, waste reduction, wages, and profitability.
6. Address customer concerns and resolve onsite issues promptly.
7. Ensure the smooth operation of the store on a daily basis.

Working Hours: Shifts are between 5am and Midnight, 5 days a week, with 8-hour shifts.

Salary and Benefits: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, along with benefits associated with a long-standing brand.
