Job summary

FHP Property Consultants is seeking a UK Retail Investment Director to drive growth of the retail investment and trading advisory capability. You will own the service from day one, win instructions directly and build lasting relationships with funds and property companies nationwide.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will lead a small team over time, leveraging the firm’s 26 shopping centres and assets, and shape a new service line across the Midlands and beyond.

Qualifications

• Senior-level track record in retail property.
• Established network with funds and property companies.
• Capital markets/transactions background; ability to win instructions.
• Understanding of retail asset classes (shopping centres/retail parks).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and board-level advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth within the retail investment and trading advisory market.
• Identify and engage investors, funds and property companies.
• Build and manage relationships across institutional and private capital.
• Oversee delivery of advisory instructions for retail assets.
• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of instructions and client relationships.
• Represent FHP at industry events and align strategy with leadership.
