Job summary

HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee nationwide retail HVAC and mechanical projects across the UK. You will manage projects from initial surveys through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to safety standards.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, experience managing multiple projects and surveys, and a full UK driving licence. Competitive salary £50,000–£60,000 with a flexible package including car allowance and bonus,

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Manager in HVAC/M&E or facilities management.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and surveys.
• Budget awareness with variations handling.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HVAC and mechanical projects from survey to completion.
• Carry out site surveys and produce project scopes.
• Act as main client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers for delivery.
• Manage programmes, budgets and variations.
• Ensure works are safe and compliant with standards.
• Attend client meetings and provide updates.
• Oversee refurbishments, plant replacements and new installations.
