Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment is seeking an HVAC / Mechanical Project Manager for a leading mechanical contractor in London. You’ll oversee a portfolio of Tier 1 commercial HVAC contracts, from pre-construction to handover, typically £500k–£5M, and travel across London on site.

The role is field-based with flexible hours, offers a salary negotiable with experience plus an annual bonus up to 8%, a company pension, and strong progression opportunities.

Job description

HVAC / Mechanical Project Manager required for a highly successful Mechanical Contractor supporting Tier 1 construction clients in London

Salary: Flexible depending on experience + Annual bonus based on individual performance

Hours: Also flexible - A great benefit with this employer, is that they don't hold you to getting on site at a certain time. As long as your 40 hours are completed, and the projects are tracking, you have the autonomy of flexible hours

Required: A minimum of 8 years HVAC Project Management experience, in the industry, is necessary

The HVAC Project Manager job role:

As the new HVAC Project Manager you'll be overseeing a portfolio of large scale tier 1 commercial HVAC contracts, from pre-construction to handover. Projects will range in scale from £500K to £5M in value and you will usually handle 1 to 2 or 3 projects at once. This will be a field based role mainly going out to sites across London, using the travel card provided by the company.

• Managing site teams, HVAC subcontractors, suppliers and timelines
• Ensuring HVAC compliance with health & safety, quality and documentation
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders across all HVAC project phases
