Job summary

Monsoon Accessorize is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with Head Office functions and deliver a best-in-class people experience across the business.

You will work with Buying, Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Digital and Corporate Functions, reporting to Head of HR, guiding employee lifecycle, engagement and organisational effectiveness in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven HR generalist experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor/Business Partner role.
• Strong employee relations expertise and up-to-date employment law knowledge.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a commercial environment.
• Excellent coaching, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilise people data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and managers across Head Office.
• Provide pragmatic and commercially focused HR advice and coaching.
• Support leaders in driving high performance, engagement and accountability across their teams.
• Translate business objectives into effective people plans.
• Lead and support HR projects aligned to the wider people strategy.
