Job summary

Soho House Group is seeking a Retail FP&A Analyst to lead the bi-annual budget, own forecast modelling, and challenge budget holders with robust analysis across Our Home and Beauty brands. You will partner with the Retail Head of Finance and senior stakeholders to drive margin insights and strategic decision making.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification, 2-4 years’ experience in retail FP&A, and strong Excel plus Power BI and MS Business Central skills.

Qualifications

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A or retail finance.
  • Retail FP&A experience essential.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Power BI and MS Business Central is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the bi-annual budget process and forecasting.
  • Provide robust commercial challenges to budget holders.
  • Produce monthly margin, cost trend and variance analyses for senior stakeholders.
  • Lead monthly P/L reviews with trade leads and GMs.
  • Support month-end close and year-end audit activities.
  • Maintain and improve reporting templates, dashboards and planning tools.
  • Create business cases for new sites and revenue streams.
