Job summary

BARBOUR is seeking a Store Supervisor for the Bridgend store to support the Store Manager, lead daily operations, and drive customer-focused service on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes staff development, training, delegation, and maintaining a safe, high-energy environment. 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling and opportunities for progression.

You will model excellence, resolve issues, and help maximise store productivity and profitability while upholding BARBOUR standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership and staff management.
• Ability to handle customer disputes and maintain service quality.
• Flexible working hours required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with running the store on a daily basis, in support of Store Manager.
• Manage performance and staff issues.
• Lead by example with high level of service and detail.
• Delegate tasks to employees.
• Supervise staff and provide training and coaching.
• Resolve customer complaints beyond what staff can handle.
