Join a rapidly growing, innovative multichannel retailer specializing in design-led lifestyle, household, and personal goods. This dynamic brand has expanded to over 5,000 stores worldwide in just 10 years. As they continue to grow globally, they are seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support their Merchandising team in driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast sales and stock levels to meet targets and profit goals
• Monitor departmental performance to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and manage an MAA
• Manage the WSSI
• Support the trade plan
• Set allocation parameters for optimal stock distribution across stores
• Collaborate with warehouses to ensure product availability

The ideal candidate will have proven merchandising experience within a home or fashion retail environment, with skills in planning weekly sales, stock, and intake. Confidence in managing categories and participating in trade meetings is essential.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Chinese/Mandarin speaking is a plus but not essential
