Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Inverness and surrounding areas to keep stores safe and functional for customers and colleagues. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across a range of systems, using a tablet and mobile devices to update schedules and complete tasks.

Ideal candidates will have ONC or equivalent, a full driving licence, strong Health & Safety awareness, and good communication.

Qualifications

• ONC or equivalent qualification required.
• Full driving license is essential.
• Health & Safety awareness is required.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Good knowledge of Office 365 tools.
• Completion of relevant technical training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Tesco sites are safe and functioning for customers and colleagues.
• Follow planned work schedules to achieve first-time fix and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team and share best practices.
• Maintain day-to-day store and property upkeep.
• Use mobile devices to drive updates on work progress.
• Represent Tesco values and take pride in the Tesco uniform.
• Attend meetings and contribute constructive feedback.
