Job summary

Speyhawk Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee electrical packages across fast-paced retail and commercial fit-out projects in Hertfordshire.

You will manage from mobilisation to completion, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, clients and main contractors to deliver safely and to high standards. The role requires 5+ years in commercial/retail electrical fit-out and relevant qualifications such as NICEIC, JIB Gold Card, ECS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial/retail electrical fit-out.
• Qualified electrical certifications: NICEIC/JIB/ECS.
• Knowledge of electrical/building regulations and site safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical packages across retail and commercial fit-out projects.
• Review drawings for design issues and clashes.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, site teams, suppliers and other trades.
• Manage project costs, budgets and variations.
• Ensure installations comply with regulations, health & safety standards and client requirements.
• Maintain programme and resolve issues to protect schedule.
