Job summary

Speyhawk Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee electrical packages across fast-paced retail and commercial fit-out projects in Hertfordshire. You will manage electrical works from mobilisation through to completion, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and designers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or retail electrical fit-out.
• Qualified electrical qualifications: NICEIC, JIB Gold Card, ECS.
• Knowledge of current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical packages across retail and commercial fit-out projects.
• Review drawings, identify design issues and clashes before works commence.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, site teams, suppliers and other trades.
• Manage project costs, budgets and variations, addressing overruns or delays.
• Ensure installations comply with electrical regulations, Building Regulations and client standards.
• Resolve technical and operational issues to maintain programme.
