Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd. in Redruth is seeking a Duty Manager to join our retail team as a Retail Assistant, with a £2 per hour supplement when managing shifts. The role focuses on store availability and delivering excellent customer service to our shoppers.

You will lead a small team, support engagement, follow cash handling policies and promote our One Best Way processes while driving a positive and inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role is desirable.
• Effective communication with colleagues to deliver tasks first time.
• Ability to plan and organise shifts using the team.
• Provide balanced feedback to improve performance.
• Set the pace of the team during shifts to deliver a great store.
