Responsibilities

• Review weekly store performance across sales, operations and digital metrics to drive actions.
• Maintain strong stock availability and cost controls via effective processes.
• Grow sales and profit by fostering a culture of proactive selling and waste reduction.
• Deliver on agreed KPIs and support the Store Manager in daily leadership.
• Lead by example and coach colleagues to achieve high standards of service and operations.
• Ensure health & safety and compliance across all store activities.
