CO-OP is seeking a Customer Team Member to join a friendly store team in the United Kingdom. You will help deliver essential services, assist with post office or bakery duties, or online order picking and packing to support home delivery.

You will be a familiar face in the community and promote Co-op membership, contributing to a welcoming shopping experience. You will work across a variety of shifts, be part of a busy store environment, and receive full training and development opportunities,

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service, helping to put things right when needed
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly
• Keep the shop floor and tills hands-on, supporting daily operations
• Maintain shelves, check prices, dates and stock accuracy
• Promote Co-op Membership and support your local community
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
