Job summary

EUROSPAR Dromara, part of Henderson Group, is seeking a Customer Advisor. The role involves assisting customers, operating checkouts, replenishing and merchandising stock, and sometimes covering the Post Office. Flexible for mornings, evenings and weekends, 16–32 hours per week, with pay £11.95–£13.30 per hour.

Based in Lisburn/Council area in Northern Ireland, the role offers a supportive team environment within a well-established retail group known for community involvement.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; training provided.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to cover mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand customers’ needs and advise on products and services.
• Operate checkouts accurately for efficient transactions.
• Replenish stock daily and follow stock rotation procedures.
• Merchandise stock effectively to boost sales.
• Display stock at correct prices with Shelf Edge Labels.
• Maintain high level of customer service at all times.
• May cover the Post Office when required.
