Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for our Portsmouth store, part of the Tesco group family. You will provide friendly, efficient customer service, manage cash transactions at the tills, stock shelves, and assist with store upkeep across all areas including online orders and replenishment.

Training will emphasize safety and policy adherence to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments.
• Stock replenishment and store presentation duties.
• Familiarity with tills and POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
