Job summary

SPAR Ladybank seeks a friendly Customer Service Assistant to join its store team, supporting customers with service and advice. The role requires flexible hours across mornings, evenings and weekends, with 20 hours per week at the Ladybank location.

Full training is provided, and there are opportunities for career progression within the CJ Lang group. You will work in a supportive team aiming for excellent store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus, but not essential as training will be provided.
• You should be friendly, with a focus on customer service and helping others.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Put customers first by providing service, help and advice.
• Unpack deliveries and re-stock the shelves.
• Actively sell and promote offers to customers.
• Serve in the 'Food to Go' CJ’s counter.
• Maintain excellent standards of store hygiene and compliance.
