Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking store colleagues to deliver friendly, efficient service across a busy retail environment. You will help customers, stock shelves, pick orders, and use digital tools to improve the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever customers need you most, from shelving to picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using digital tools to enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, keep shelves tidy and well-presented, and move heavy loads to store locations
• Building knowledge of our products, services and promotions to confidently make helpful recommendations to customers
