Job summary

Lidl GB in Barry is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our busy store team. You’ll help customers, restock shelves, and handle deliveries while upholding Lidl’s service standards.

The role offers hourly pay of £13.45–£14.45, a 25-hour contract, and benefits including 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme and development opportunities that could lead to specialist roles.

• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products.
