Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant to join our store in the United Kingdom. The role covers restocking, tills, and delivering great service with a friendly team.

This part-time 20-hour contract offers hourly pay £13.45–£14.45, 30–35 days holiday pro rata, and perks including 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme, enhanced family leave, and long service awards. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests.
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Passionately provide excellent customer service.
• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods.
• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products.
