Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant to join our store team. You’ll handle varying shifts—from opening to closing—while delivering friendly, efficient service and helping keep shelves stocked and the store spotless.

You’ll earn £13.45–£14.45 per hour on a 25–30 hour contract. Benefits include 30–35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme and enhanced family leave, with progression opportunities across Lidl.

• Be a Lidl expert, helping customers with questions and requests.
• Efficiently process deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout shifts.
• Proactively keep the bakery stocked and manage stock levels.
• Merchandise and maintain aisles of Non-Food products.
